  1. Wow everything looks awesome, especially the popovers. I am knitting a shawl, trying to learn to cable and to make macrame jewelry.

  2. Mmmm. That pie look delicious! I normally love making fruit pies in the summer (it makes me feel very American, go figure) but for some reason I haven't made any this year.

  3. Beautiful post. I'm longing to do some gardening but our yard is just too shady. All your "homemades" looks wonderful. Heather

  4. I've never had peach pie, it looks delicious! I think I should make some, maybe it would make me a pie person :) I like the house in blue, it's pretty

  5. You have been busy...we got Ricki's kit as a gift (I know what an awesome gift, huh?) ♥ I love making the mozzarella, but what do you do with all the whey? I used it to water my roses, which have been flourishing!

  6. Oh my goodness! How cute is that dishcloth! I'm definitely going to have to try that. One of these days I'll learn to make cheese (mozzarella is at the top of my list); but I did have my first successful batch of homemade yogurt! Beautiful post :]

  7. OK, I need you to come over to my house and help me be better at this stuff. One, we haven't gotten a single tomato from our plants this year and our huge squash plant died a couple weeks ago. Two, I planted a ton of black-eyed susans, coneflowers and another flower and NONE of the seeds sprouted. Three, I want to know how to make those popovers!

I wish some of your ability to make things would rub off on me!

  8. Sounds like a great place to be---your kitchen. That pie looks heavenly. And how exciting that you made mozzarella! It's on my list of things to try making someday.

I've been in the kitchen pretty much everyday, all day cleaning up veggies and either cooking them up for meals or putting them away for future meals.
