It's beautiful...I have some double pointed needles...need to get some sock yarn and go for it...I've never tried to make some socks! Are you keeping them or will they be a gift?
I love the image of the coffee, the knitting, and the pj's, what a perfect moment!!
Woof! Woof! My mom knit n she said it is relaxing. Happy Weekend. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugarhttp://www.sugarthegoldenretriever.com/2011/02/this-golden-moment_25.html
oooh, the color is beautiful!! That's going to be a pretty sock :)
Wow, kudos on moving along with the sock. I've been knitting for a while but socks always seem to defeat me, they come out way too big. I finally got some size 1 needles so I'm going to give those a try. What size did you use for your sock? Also, I like the bamboo needles but I find the smaller sizes tend to warp when I use them more than a few times. Has that ever happened to you?-allison
nice! Is this your first sock?
Ohhh.... congrats on the first sock! I love that feeling of turning the heel and having something that is definitively a sock! You look like you're making great progress and must have had a successful class.
Look at you go! That looks so complicated -- but you are making a sock. A SOCK! Here's a long-distance pat on the back.
I'm jealous of your knitting skills!
:) such a lovely image!I love the yarn you have chosen Allison, such a pretty colour mix.
These socks are just wonderful! Looks like you had some very cozy knitting :-)
