Allison, thank you so much, the yarn is beautiful. If I am lucky enough to win I think
ReplyDeleteI would like to cast on the Holden Shawlette, I think this yarn would show off the pattern just perfectly.
Oh wow, thank you so much for the wonderful giveaway!! I have never used Malabrigo... and I know I am really missing out! I love the color so much.
ReplyDeleteI have several sock patterns in my Rav queue that I really want to knit, the Nanner socks, Hermione's Everyday socks, and Nutkin, so it would be a battle between those :)

Don't enter me in your giveaway..just wanted to say that I enjoy your blog although I don't leave a comment all the time. Be sure to post us a pic of your socks..
ReplyDeleteI am from South Central Ky! I would love to have this yarn to make my 15 year old niece some socks. I am trying so hard to get her interested in knitting. I would love to teach her so she would have something to keep her mind and hands busy.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to enter. Thanks for the chance! x

ReplyDeleteWow. That is such a pretty skein! Very generous of you :) If I were to win, I'd probably make a pair of socks. I'm kind of on a sock kick right now and hoping to get 5 pairs done this summer. So far I've only finished one, and have started a second.
ReplyDeleteOooh, I'm a huge Malabrigo fan and love this giveaway. There are a few shawl patterns in my queue that would look lovely in this yarn!

ReplyDeleteLovely yarn, Malabrigo Sock is one of my favourite yarns, I think I would add it to another skein in my stash and make a Daybreak, I already have two but can always use another one, because I use both of them all the time.
ReplyDeleteGreat yarn. I would make something from Veera Kalimaki or from Kieran Foley.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! I think I would have to make another cowl from this! I'm thinking lacy twisted stitches?

ReplyDeleteHi Allison, I just shared your giveaway on my blog! weepleasures.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Thank you for the chance for free yarn!
ReplyDeleteMalabrigo is by far my favorite Yarn manufacturer, but I've never used the sock yarn because I just recently finished my first pair of socks! I'd love to try it out though.

Oh boy what pretty yarn. Malabrigo is one of the companies who rock when it comes to variegated dyeing.
ReplyDeleteI would make socks for myself out of that yarn.
Oh, I love those colours! I just got my hands on a copy of The Sock Report, and I don't yet know exactly which project I'd make, but it would be one from there for sure!!
ReplyDeleteHow very generous of you. It looks like beautiful yarn--like it fell from an amazing sunset. I hate to be predictable but I'd want to make socks with sock yarn. I've never made socks before--nothing too frilly or fancy. Just something classic.
ReplyDeleteMy goal is to make myself a pair to get the hang of it, then everyone in my family will get a pair for the holidays this winter. If I won this, I would save it for my Mother's pair. Purple is her color.
I would love to make myself a shawl. susand1408 at gmail dot com

What pretty yarn I'd love to make a scarf with it. My daughter's a great fan of wearing scarves and these colors are perfect.
DeletePretty!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure whether I'd make socks or mittens - I think it would make a gorgeous pair of mittens if held double, though.
